As you walk in the front door you will see and hear the most beautiful beach in the world, The Atlantic Ocean. Sleep in the master suite and listen to the waves. Have a romantic dinner on the large terrace overlooking the Ocean or have a leisurely breakfast as you watch the children in the kiddy pool. At this gated, secure facility, we have tennis, basketball court, playground, swimming pool, exercise room and 2 parking spaces. Use a key for the gate and enter the fabulous beach. A short walk will take you to Playa De Los Ninos' where the ocean water rolls over the rocks and creates a large swimming pool perfect for swimming, relaxing, reading or painting. Watch cable TV, surf the internet or visit the many interesting restaurants in the area. We are very close to surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, horse back riding, biking or the malls for movies or a water park. If touring is of interest there are many places of sites to visit.

We are in the NW corner of Puerto Rico with unspoiled and uncrowded beautiful beaches. The towns are quaint Spanish towns with a lot of local flavor. Nearby is a strip mall, Villa Pesquera, with a fish restaurant, shops and a small fishing village. There are many restaurants, casino gambling, water sports and tranquility to keep you occupied.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We charge $900 a week in the summer season A week is usually 6 nights 7 days
  • We require a $250 deposit that is refunded after you leave. We accept credit cards, money orders or personal checks 4 weeks before. We charge 4% service charge for credit cards. There is also a $ 65 cleaning charge.
    We are negotiable and flexible as to arrival, departures and rates depending on number of people and length of stay.
  • We charge $200 a night and $900 a week in the summer season and $1000 in the winter depending on the number of people in the party. Months are negotiable. There is also a $65 cleaning charge. A week is usually 6 nights 7 days Mininum 4 nights.

I want to say that this was my first time renting via Internet, i have to say i was very skeptical. Myra the owner provided all necessary info that i need to make me feel comfortable about my decision. The place is everything that you see on the website and more. You will not be cheated. I will definitely come back. It was just like home, except for the pool and beach...ha-ha
Owner's Response: I was only to glad to help Verivel through her renting process. It can be trying to decide which place to rent and what is best for your needs and budget. Great Place To Stay

Great access to the beach, outstanding view, the condo is setup beautifully, kitchen was well equipped. Everything was setup for a family or a romantic getaway. Pool and exercise room were fantastic. Condo security was great. Overall I rated it as excellent.

Isabela is beautiful

We had a great time at Myra’s home in Isabela. I repeat earlier comments about the cleanliness of the entire complex [pool, etc] as well as the apartment. The balcony is even better that the pictures because it is the entire width of the apartment, including the front bedroom, not just the living room [this is great if you have several people]. The particular reason we chose this apartment over others is that, as the pictures well indicate, there is excellent light next to each chair, sofa, and bed for reading, especially, of course at night. This is not something that is often provided, surprisingly, which has in the past caused me to pack *headlamps* [yes!] for reading in poorly lit places. Happily, Myra’s was great in this respect. I f this is important to you, this is a great plus. Also, all of the living room furniture was *extremely* comfortable - again, not always the case. The sound of the pounding surf is amazing, and still plays in my head. Beautiful views and beautiful beaches. We cooked in a lot – very well equipped kitchen. We toured Aricebo Radio Observatory and Rio Camuy Cave Park, as well as other beach communities. Myra is very reliable and conscientious. Enjoy!

Gorgeous Views

The view from the balcony was spectacular. We rented the condo at the end of February and the weather was wonderful. The property was clean and well equipped. The owner provided excellent service and provided information for activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend the property.

A True Paradise

This is the second visit my husband and I made to this PuertoRican paradise. We were not disappointed. The view, the condo, its cleanliness and ameneties and its wonderful location, made this second visit as special as our first. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and yet right on the beach and close to restaurants and many attractions. It was very easy to deal with Myra, the condo owner.
