Unit comes with bath towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use while vacationing. Please bring your own beach towels or buy them from one of the many shops that are just a short drive from the condo. Swim in the heated pool located directly on the sand!

The condo is a 5 minute walk to 2 restaurants/ two beach bars and a 7-11 convenience store is about 6 blocks away. The unit is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and John's Pass, with over 30 restaurants, shops, water sports, and more! The property is also 15 minutes to St. Petersburg's beaches, museums and downtown waterfront Bay Walk entertainment center, movie theaters and restaurants. The condo is 30-40 minutes to Tampa airport.
