Christiana Seven is a clean, well kept, large and beautiful two bedroom+loft unit with three bathrooms. Boasting easy access with ground level entry, this end unit condo has more than 1400 square feet of living space. Now, newly upgraded with more than $60,000 of recent upgrades in Summer/Fall 2006 through Summer 2008, including new Pella windows and Hunter Douglas treatments on the North side of the unit. Eight people will sleep comfortably in our two large 1st floor bedrooms and 3rd floor loft. The three bathrooms add to the convenience, including an in unit washer and dryer. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the unit for your use. One of only seven Christiana units, #7 is set in the lodgepole pines. We are located on Columbine Road - easy walking distance to Quicksilver Chairlift (five minutes) and just one block from Main Street.

The Gourmet Kitchen is complete with Zodiak quartz countertops, hickory cabinets, new tile floor, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. All cooking conveniences are at your disposal including a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, and Crock Pot, as well as a full selection of pots and pans, platters, dinnerware, utensils and spices. We have new linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

The living room with vaulted ceiling boasts a new TV and stereo with cable, DVD player, VCR, CD and MP3 options. We've just added a DSL Internet connection for easy email access at your home away from home. You can cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy a well stocked, seasonal selection of books, games, DVDs and videos. Just outside the living room is a balcony with a stainless steel gas Barbecue. There is washer and dryer inside the condominium (in addition to the complex) plus an ironing board, iron, and laundry supplies for your use. We offer storage for skis, boards, and boots in our freshly painted and tiled entry hall. Also, we are part of the renovated Columbine/Motherlode swimming area that offers a year-round heated pool and 2 outdoor & 2 indoor hot tubs.

Complete comfort and convenience is our goal and preference when staying in Breckenridge. This is truly a home away from home. We are available to help provide information and insight into experiencing all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. Please, for the comfort of all our guests, NO pets and NO smoking!

Great Summer Rental

Breckenridge may be known as a ski town, but we had a ball in August and with summer reduction of rates it was a bargain! The condo is just as described and was perfect for a group of four women as there are 6 separate beds (one large bed in each of the two bedrooms and 4 single beds in the loft - where you have to watch your head!). There is also a fold out couch in the living area.

Breckenridge has more than 70 restaurants and many of them have great Happy Hours. The Whale's Tale has $2 drinks and peel and eat shrimp for 10 cents each. We loved the dinner at Modis, a sophisticated contemporary restaurant in a lovely Victorian setting (although our snooty waiter showed his disdain for our choice of an inexpensive wine), and the incredible tapas at The Cafe Alpine (with a friendly cute waiter).

There are dozens of hiking trails nearby ranging from easy flat walks to challenging mountain climbs. The 3 mile round trip hike at Loveland Pass above treeline was amazing. It starts at 12,000 feet and gains 450. Drawback: The parking lot was short on spaces.

I have already recommended this property and town, and hope to get back again myself one day soon.

Terrific and Well Kept Property

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this terrific and well kept property. There were TV's in every room ,WIFI connections,great video library,modern kitchens and baths. A real home away from home.
Being a gourmet cook, I personally appreciated a well stocked spice cabinet and great cooking accessories.
On our last night we walked into town for dinner.{a brisk 5 minute walk} and an interresting walk-a-bout adorable Breckenridge.
