Terrific vacation home for the family. Picture your family relaxing in this private waterfront community of Great Harbors with a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball field, and playground. This family community is located within 1 mile of public beaches where you can view the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard. This beautiful ranch with three bedrooms, 2 baths sleeps seven and has a private outdoor deck with access from an enclosed 3-season porch. House includes master bedroom/bath with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen and twin bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 twins beds, large open living room and dining room and huge eat in kitchen and washer/dryer and air hockey game in basement. Home is a short walk to the association pools, courts, ball field, & bay. There is a small amenities fee for pool. Perfect for biking, roller blading and pushing a carriage. Don’t miss this great vacation spot.
