Photos and Description of this Orlando holiday villa 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms Sleeps 10 plus 2 infants - pet friendly, credit cards

This beautiful, fully air conditioned, two-story house in a large corner plot, has a heatable swimming pool and has recently been upgraded. The family room has a 52' cable TV with extensive cable package, there is a DVD player, VCR and a CD player. We have stocked the place with plenty of films/CDs, books and games. There are two dining areas and the kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a laundry room. The garage is now a games room which has an 8 foot pool table, foosball and dartboard. Outside the large pool is heatable with a light for night time bathing, there are plenty of loungers and a table and chairs, plus a gas grill. There is a large crib and high chair for an infant plus a travel crib. The bathroom upstairs has bath with shower over. All the bedrooms have ample storage and a TV, all the bathrooms have a hairdryer. There is a PlayStation with some games. There are 3 telephones and you can ring anywhere in the US free of charge and free WiFi internet access

    * A non-refundable deposit of $150/£75 per week is payable on booking.
    * The rest to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival personal checks or direct to bank. we accept credit card payments which incur a 3% administration charge.

The development is only 12 minutes from the entrance to Disney World and Orlando's other amazing attractions are within a short drive. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes of the house and 39 golf courses within a half hours drive (the nearest is less than 5 minutes). The area is excellent for shopping and restaurants with an awesome choice for every taste. The house is well situated with either coast being no more than 2 hours away on the I-4 east or west.

Great value for the $$$, clean and neat.

Comfortable, clean and neat. Exactly as advertised, there were no odors, the carpets appear to be new and in great shape. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels also new. Any and all kitchen ammenities were included. Access to parks is 15 minutes or so. 10 adults had PLENTY of room and with 3 bathrooms, no problems getting ready and out in the AM. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay here again should we vacation in the Orlando area.

Everything was exactly as described & seen in photographs...Very clean, very quiet, perfect for relaxing by the pool....Very spacious & well maintained....Family loved the pool area & having enough space of their own....Great location, great house & we'll definitely be back!!

This vacation home is awesome ! Minutes from Disney, convenient to restaurants & grocery stores, this spacious, well maintained home is a Florida dream !
Like all vacation homes, it is self catering, so our first trip was to the nearby Walmart, to purchase groceries, snacks, paper goods and all the other neccessities for our holiday. The owner had provided plenty of linens, towels dishes & cookware.. A pool table added to our fun- and the pool was a big plus, for cooling off after long days at the parks.We found the home to be clean & well maintained- superior to most of the similar accomadations we have stayed in.
We will certainly be back !

Our first stay in a homeawy rental

Arrived after check in time, two cleaning girls still there. The house had a very strong oder of bleech, they were not done and hung wet towels in garage and left wet linens in dryer, a dirty sponge was left in the kitchen sink and very little toilet paper in bathrooms. House was not maintained per the pitures on homeaway. Carpets were so dirty that I did not want to remove my shoes. Walls and doors dirty, lamps broken in two bedrooms, towels old and torn, drinking water condition poor and did not appear drinkable very mirky. The 5 beds had clean linen and were all cozy. The pool area was nice for getting sun and for the kids to swim. The decription that you can see the Disney fireworks from the upstairs bathroom was definitly not true. The neighborhood was not very maintained. The grocery store was very close to the house and the park entrance we went to was about 20 minutes away.
