Our condo will make your vacation perfect. Completely equipped. Eat in kitchen with snack bar, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms, full sized washer and dryer, 3 tv's, dvd, vcr, beach chairs, beach towels,beach umbrella. WIFI access, even laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels provided. Nothing to bring but your clothes. Privately owned and owners live close by if anything is needed. No additional fees (as required by rental agencies such as linen, booking, etc.) other than tourist tax. No pets, no smoking please. Maximum occupancy - no more than six people. Minimum 1 week rental required.

GREAT CONDO!!

We have stayed on Sanibel numberous times and at Loggerhead Cay the lalst three times. This is one of the best condo's we've been to. The condo was as described - "immaculate" and was extremely well equipped and well decorated. This is where we will stay from now on. Loggerhead is a family friendly complex, close to the causeway and the owners and property managers are extremely helpful. We felt comfortable knowing the owners are local in case of any problems - which there none of.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
