Be the first to enjoy this 'newly built' beach house. A charming two story on the ocean side, only steps to the Blue Pacific Ocean. The first level has a fully equipped kitchen, maple cabinetry, and a granite entertainment bar that opens to the living room. In addition, the first floor boasts a fireplace and french doors which open on to a deck with a BBQ and patio furniture. At the top of the skylight stairwell you will be welcomed by a double door entry which leads to the master bedroom that houses a queen-size bed. The remaining two bedrooms comfortably sleep four.

Safe place to stay in Mission Beach

Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, Belmont roller coaster, shopping and boardwalk. Kono's for breakfast is a must at least once. Property was clean and all appliances were new. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to a friend. Bring your own music devices- no stereo.

Wonderful place for a vacation!

We spent a wonderful week here during June. We could not have asked for a better house. It was very clean and very well maintained. In less than two minutes you can be out the door and on the beach. The area can be a bit noisy on weekends, but I've stayed in much noisier hotels! Our son just loved the bunk beds. Very nice to have tv and dvd player in each bedroom. If I were going to spend a week in San Diego again, I would definitely stay here.
