This exclusive detached four bedroom home is set in a quarter of an acre of landscaped grounds and is peacefully situated overlooking the 14th fairway of the golf course at Fairway Oaks, Hudson, Florida. This air conditioned home has 2200 square feet of living accommodation and is furnished to a high standard. Ideally located, Hudson beach is just five minutes away, Clearwater 30 minutes. Busch Gardens and Tampa 45 minutes, and Orlando only 90 minutes away. Excellent bars, restaurants and Gulf View Square shopping mall are close by along with boat and jet ski hire, fishing trips and casino cruises. Accommodation includes four bedrooms (one king, one queen, two twin and two twin), three bathrooms (one en-suite), dining room, family room with cable TV, breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The private, large, floodlit pool is fully screened and is electrically and solar heated. There is also a Jacuzzi Spa attached to the pool. The large patio is fully equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Guests have access to the Championship 18-hole golf course located at the $1 Million Clubhouse. Tennis courts and other sports facilities are situated at the adjacent Veterans Memorial Park.

My wife and I rented this house last year. Although the warm tub was only available during the day, it was a beautiful view of the 14th fairway and a well laid out house. We found that there were plenty of pots, pans, glasses and plates. We had a Christmas dinner there and found it to have all the esentials. Shopping plazas and gas stations were near by, and it was a very nice neighborhood. We found the managers, and the owner's parents very pleasant to deal with and very helpfull. The house could use some sprucing up with decor, but it was very comfortable! The golf course that we were on, was only $22.00 for 18 holes...what a deal! We would have rented it again, but our son and his wife who live in Florida, bought a house.

We rented this home for a week in april. The house itself was nice but it was not very clean. After we got there, we were told by the manager that we cannot use the Jacuzzi after 6pm, the grill was falling apart, very few pots and pans for cooking. we also had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels,soap and laundry det. non of those things were provided. Also I asked the owners before renting if there is internet and she said yes but when we got there we found out that its a dial-up and we had to buy our own cords. Over all we were not very happy with the house.
