Come Enjoy a memorable vacation at the best kid friendly beach in Chatham - Ridgevale Beach - less than 1/4 mile walk away. Ridgevale Beach has wonderful swimming oceanside or in its shallow pools, skim boarding, body surfing, and don't forget your nets...the kids will love catching lots of hermit crabs and minnows as the tide rolls in an out. The house contains over 3000 sq ft of newly remodeled open living space. There are 5 spacious bedrooms upstairs along with a laundry room. Downstairs, there is a large open family room with big screen TV and home entertainment system. The kitchen is open to the family room and has a great breakfast bar. The dining room is off the kitchen with seating for 12 comfortably. There is also a second family room separate from the rest of the downstairs with a TV - offering space to separate the kids from the adults. Large fenced in backyard off the deck opens to a swing set and ground level trampoline. Easy to relax after a day at the beach.
