This quiet condominium is just three blocks from the historic Taos Plaza in beautiful Taos, New Mexico. The property is located in the privately owned Sonterra complex, adjacent to the historic Siler residential area. The Complex is completely fenced with on-site parking and is truly an escape from the outside world. The ten units are owned by part-time residents, and others like us who are happy to share our home away from home with friends. Completely remodeled in 2003, the complex features a beautiful community courtyard where you may choose to sit and read a favourite book by the fountain, enjoy your morning coffee, or chat with friends. You may also relax on your own private patio. For those of you who must be connected, we do provide wireless Internet access at no additional charge. We are a pet friendly property and need your help to stay that way. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside, and be well behaved. This is a non-smoking property.

We stayed in Unit #7 - couldn't have asked for a better place - so convenient, close to everything, clean and quiet - It was like being at home so comfortable and relalxing. I have already started to recommend this place to my friends. I can't wait to return again! It was the best 8 days there in Taos! Thank you! Becky in Bethlehem, PA

Mostly enjoyable, well equipped bath and kitchen, and would have been even more comfortable with a coffee table and a remote for the tv that worked better.
A little slow in returning damage deposit. However, we slept great and it was quiet (even with the annual Harley Davidson Memorial Weekend riders).
Would recommend it to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly
Owner's Response: We are always happy to have feedback on our properties. We've addressed the remote control issue & will see if we can find a coffee table that can easily be moved to accommodate the pull-out. Our policy is that deposits will be returned within 30 days by our accountant & as always, we offer a 10% discount to returning guests & waive any future deposits.

Came last last Oct. and left 8 days later. A wonderful, restful time for us. Our 2 tiny dogs loved it, too. A little far for my husband to walk to the plaza, but we drove and sat and watched people! A good place to rest and read. Extra comfortable and wonderfully clean and quiet. We do plan to return this fall.

This was my 6th time in Taos my 2nd time staying at your condo and it is alot better than any of the other places I stayed at, everything is so close and many things to do there.Can't wait to go back! Thank you soo much for everything!

I really enjoyed my stay at your condo.It really made my vacation relaxing and very enjoyable. Everything was so close, and you provided alot of supplies which was wonderful! I can't wait to come back soon. Also loved the linens!!
