This unique 4/3 home is situated on 2.5 acres of naturally landscaped grounds in a premier area of Islamorada Florida also known as 'Millionaires Row'. Enjoy the spectacular sunrises, ocean breezes and amazing full moons from your own private sandy beach with a pool. The first level offers one bedroom with a king size bed, a spectacular ocean and beach view and a full bathroom. The first level also has a spacious sheltered outdoor lounging area and a laundry room. The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and an open dining room and a kitchen that overlooks the beach, ocean, and breathtaking scenery. This home is tropically decorated to complement its surroundings.
