Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace offering great views

Superb first floor end apartment. The property is fully air conditioned, with accommodation which offers two double bedrooms, each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. A spacious bathroom with shower and an open plan living area complete with a three setter double sofa bed. The kitchen and adjacent utility room provide a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Kettle, etc. The dining area contains an extend-able table and four chairs. The lounge area as well as sofa bed has two reclining chairs with foot stools, Coffee table and TV unit complete with cable remote control television, DVD and CD player. Leading from the lounge through a sliding French door is a large private furnished terrace, with stunning views of Mount Mongo and the surrounding almond and orange groves, which lead to the sea some 7km away. Within one minutes walk of the property there are three good sized communal pools to choose from with several more available within the resort.

La Sella is a superb residential area set in between Denia and Javea. La Sella complex itself includes - Golf (a Jose Maria Olazabal designed championship par 72 course), Tennis, Horse-riding, shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Both Denia and Javea offer award-winning beaches and are only 5/10 kms away. Sailing, Kite and wind surfing and a host of other water-sports are easily available. Denia has boat trips to Ibiza, Majorca as well as many other destinations. The town itself is lively and friendly, lots of atmosphere, pavement cafes, tapas bars, restaurants. Javea Arenal beach is a family favourite with golden sand. Life guards present during the summer. Many restaraunts around the bay. Great for lunches and evening meals. There is also a Safari Animal Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia and Mundomar (Dolphins), are all within 30-40 minutes drive and offer great fun for all ages!

Booking Conditions

UK Half Terms - £325 per week. Rental rates apply 4 person occupancy. Each extra occupant charged £50 per week. All season rates include: on arrival - fully cleaned prepared apartment with quality linen and soft colour co-ordinate towelling. Beach towells are not provided. A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable in full before your holiday starts. An additional £100 (refundable) security deposit is also required at this time. Rates include electricity, water and gas. LONG-TERM RENTALS: For long-term rentals during low season months of November, December, January, February and March, the rates will be based on a four-week month at £450 per month. Welcome Pack can be provided for an additional charge of £20.00 GBP. The pack will include: milk, sugar, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, bread and butter. There are 6 beach/pool chairs available to use, 4 small ones ideal for car.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The apartment is ideally placed for exploring the Costa Blanca which has more recorded hours of sunshine per year than any other location in Spain. The coast to the north, from Denia to Gandia, offers 20 kms of superb, wide, sandy beaches that reach the Blue Flag standard whilst to the south you will find rugged cliffs, rocky coves and picturesque resorts such as Javia , Moraira, Calpe and Altea. The beautiful city of VALENCIA with its historical and cultural attractions including the architectural wonders of the Science Park and LOCEANOGRAFIC, the largest marine aquarium in Europe lies an hour to the north. To the South the great family attractions of AQUALANDIA water theme park, MUNDOMAR the animal water park and TERRA MITICA, one of Europe's largest family theme parks, are all less than an hour away. The surrounding area is covered with miles of vineyards, olive, orange and lemon groves. There are numerous breathtaking drives around

The villa is part of the La sella golf & tennis complex. La Sella boasts an 18 hole Olazabal designed championship course which will challenge golfers of all abilities. A round will cost approximately 70 euros (subject to local variation). Tee off times can be booked on 0034 96 645 4252 or e-mail lasella@arrakis.es There are other top quality courses within half an hours drive including Oliva Nova to the north and two brand new courses at Terra Mitica (Benidorm) to the south. Another fifteen minutes in the car brings the championship courses of El Saler & El Bosque towards Valencia and Alicante & Bonalba near Alicante into play. There are also many nine hole courses nearby well worth a visit. These include Javea Calpe, Ifach and Don Cayo. This really is an excellent area to explore Spanish golf at its best!

'lovely clean and well presents apartment, lovely balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of vino tino as the sunsets, we enjoyed some fabulous sunsets, pools are quiet and private. a car is a must for visiting restaurants in the evening, fully air-conditioned with adjustable temperature settings was more than we had expected. enjoy'
