Boot Key Paradise is a large sprawling home on two full lots in Marathon that is located in the perfect location for boating, fishing and relaxation. The home features a double lot and 175 feet of dockage in a very private nook that overlooks the Boot Key Harbor. If you want to walk and see the shops of old town Marathon they are right at the end of the street. If you want to boat from this home, you have the Ocean or Gulf within five minutes from the seven mile Bridge. If you don't feel like boating you can fish right off the dock and catch some of the interesting species that are under the Mangroves across from the front of the home. Boot Key Harbor has all sorts of amenities within Quick boating distance; you have the Dockside, across the harbor, an old local tradition with live bands on different nights of the week. Down near the exit of the Harbor, you have a full service restaurant at the Castaways with the only fresh Sushi in town, Karaoke singing and great seafood.
