‘Tween Waters’ Tilloo is a 3-acre, ocean to sea property, located on Tilloo Cay in the Abaco Islands of the Bahamas. We can sleep up to 8 persons in 2 houses. Perched on the Sea of Abaco the TWT Guest Cottage, with its 60 ft. of glass doors, affords spectacular vistas from every room and incredible sunsets each night. You feel a part of the tropical paradise surrounding you yet central air protects you from too much of a good thing. We have now added the Bungalow for parties of 2. Both residences can be rented together for larger family get togethers. Your boats are safe at the 2 TWT private docks and visible from the Cottage font deck. We are located close to; Lubber's Quarters, Hopetown Lighthouse, White Sound, Seaspray, Abaco Inn, Cracker P's, Tilloo Cut (for deep sea fishing) Tilloo flats, Pelican Cay National Park, Tilloo Cay National Reserve, Pete's Pub, Robinson's Bight, Marsh Harbor, much more. Have some fun in the nearby Hopetown and White Sound and for those who like to snorkel and shell, Tilloo Flats/beach is just around the bend. There you can see starfish and sand dollars galore. The next stop is Sandy Cay National Underwater Park-so close you can go everyday! It a must see treasure! Tahiti Beach is 3 minutes north or you can hike down the backside of Tilloo to our oceanside beach. Leave the hustle and bustle behind. Perfectly away from it all

Tween Waters is a perfect retreat from the fast pace of the city.

Accessed only by boat (first time boaters need not worry, as armed with a trusty Boston Whaler, which is a forgiving boat, easy to drive and available to rent, you will be an expert in no time), the charming cottage is well positioned for beautiful sunsets and a while away from it all. It is however close enough to access the attractions and amenities of nearby Hope Town and the beach bars, nature reserves and restaurants on neighbouring islands.

The accommodation is perfectly suited to couples and small families with a wonderful outdoor shower, and much appreciated air conditioning throughout to escape the mid-day heat in summer. There’s also a large gas BBQ grill on the surrounding deck to cook any fresh catches on.

If you are looking for a laid-back break in beautiful surroundings, Tween Waters is the perfect location.

A Christmas To Remember!

Tween Waters exceeded our expectations and made our Christmas one we will always treasure! The cozy cottage was well-maintained and exceptionally clean. Couldn't have asked for a more family-centered way to stay in the Bahamas. Too remote for the teens to get too far away so we had to enjoy each other's company! Snorkeling right off the dock was delightful and to see lobster and lionfish up close was exciting. Dinner and sunset on the wrap-around porch every night and heading up the path for sunrise over the Atlantic every morning-does it get better? Jim was very helpful and friendly and we look forward to meeting Kim next time around! Thanks for everything!

Family vacation

Just back from this great destination with my family and we had a great break from winter in the northeast. We could not have asked for a better spot and area to visit with 2 kids. I would never hesitate to recommend this property to anyone with a party of 4 or less. The accomodations were very clean and confortable, with swiming and snorkeling right off your dock. The owners were so helpful in getting us set and sending us to areas that we should not miss.

It was a great trip, one I look forward to repeating.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fabulous adventure!

Great spot for fishing and hanging out. Very clean! New flat screen tv if the weather turns bad. Must have a boat. It's an out island, no roads or commercial establishments, but enough close by. It was great to enjoy the Sea as well as the Ocean. Photos were accurate. Owners were helpful.
