Brilliant Downtown DC Vacation Rental Located in the Downtown DC Hotel District. This is the Washington DC Vacation Rental that is close(Walking distance)to the White House, the Metro,Convention Center, Smithsonian Museums,The Washington Monument, Dupont Circle, fine and casual dining, theaters, and the World Bank and other memorials as well as a 24hr CVS and Whole Food Groceries. Centrally located in the downtown business and hotel district. 1/4 mile(2 blocks) to the Metro McPherson Square( Blue/Orange line). 1/2 mile(5 blocks) to The DC Convention Ctr. 1/2 mile(5 blocks) to The White House 1 mile (7-8 blocks) to the Smithsonian Museums or take the Metro! 3 Metro buses, #s 52, 53, 54 stop right in front of your door. The Circulator bus stops on 14th St. two block south of the unit and hits most of the other 'tourist' spots. Sleeps 1-5 (Full bed and Full Futon) (Full size air mattress also available). great for conferences

We came for a conference and this is the first time we have used home away.com. In a word the condo was great. As we travel extensively, we have seen our share of pretty photos which do not correspond to the actual property. This is not the case here. The condo was clean, well maintained, comfortable and secure. It is located 2 blocks from a Metro station and has many restaurants that are within walking distance. It was a 15 minute walk to the convention center and a short walk to many DC attractions. I would recomend this listing to anyone who is visiting the area. Ben was helpful and provided excellent instructions.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

I went to Washington DC for 4 days and stayed in this apartment with 5 people. Everything was nice and clean, and the location is really good. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or would stay there again.
The CVS across the street is really convenient and its close to the metro.
The only thing I didn´t like so much was the air mattress, It may be just that the battery needs to be replaced, but overnight it would lose a lot of air, so for 2 or 3 people it would be perfect.

My husband and I stayed in this condo last weekend and couldn't be happier. The condo was easy walking distance from the McPherson Square Metro stop. Convenient location for visiting the White House and museums on the Mall. Clean and comfortable space for 2 (or 4 if you use the futon available). Owner's instructions were straight forward and helpful. Already referred the spot to some neighbors. Will definitely return when visiting DC again. Thanks

Wonderful Studio

We stayed in the studio for 3 nights. We were so comfortable in this wonderful apt. It is very central to everything that DC has to offer and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to the DC area.
