11 year young Victorian. Wrap around porch overlooking the Peconic Bay / Shelter Island Sound. Private Beach. New dock April 07. This island is surrounded by beautiful beaches, serene hiking trails. Walking distance to 9 hole Golf Course. Many local restaurants, minutes to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Hamptons. We only rent for a minimum of one week. No weekend rentals are available.No Pets Please

The Ideal Vacation

From the moment we pulled up the driveway to the last item being put back in the car on our departing morning, we could not have invisioned a better vacation. The accommodations both inside the well appointed house, and well stocked too, to the amenities around the house and the clean private beach. The homeowner was more than gracious and accommodating. The location description does not give the actual experience justice. The days and nights were perfect. There was so much to do, or nothing at all. The townspeople were very informative and friendly. The numerous places to kayak, play on the beach and venture through neighborhoods and nature preserves kept variety during the week. We ventured off the island both north and south. The towns were fun to people and boat (yacht) watch. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for the best of everything.
