Well positioned villa with stunning views overlooking the North Course in La Manga Club within 5 minutes of all facilities. Its terraces are bathed in sunshine from 9am to 9pm. It has a private pool with shower and extensive private gardens. Due to its location in the hills, it is not overlooked. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom (with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower) and two other bedrooms that can be used as twins or doubles. There is a separate bathroom and there is a separate guest toilet in the hallway. The newly refurbished kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. There is a large lounge and separate dining room. Outside the terraces are generous with plenty of room for dining, sunbathing, etc. The built in barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals. This area is ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. The property has its own driveway gate and parking.

La Manga Club is situated on the Costa Calida in Murcia Spain 20 minutes from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and Cartagena. Many low cost airlines including Ryanair, MyTravelLite, BMI Baby and FlyBe now fly there. La Manga Club is set in the Murcian Hills and is bordered by the Mediterranean and Mar Menor. This area is ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. It is a private 1400 acre resort, with the weather allowing all year round sports It has a private cove ideal for swimming snorkelling etc. Here there is a spectacular restaurant which serves seafood. In Summer the club will organise fiesta nights at the cove. Indeed the resort has some of the finest restaurants in the area serving food from all over the world and with prices to suit all. the golf courses are famous worldwide with input of design by the Ballesteros brothers (Seve lived here) and also the legendary Arnold Palmer. Three courses of quality.

Guests have 'resident' status and qualify for 50% discount off golf & tennis.
