Our new home in Centerville is close to Osterville Center, fab beaches (Craigville), great shopping, golf, tennis, antiquing, theater, kids' activities (playground, library, penny candy store, Four Seas Ice Cream), & is easily accessible to all areas of the Cape & Islands, nearby Hyannis airport or Boston /Providence. Our home is a NE style extended Cape Cod with lovely detailing, a luxury home with gourmet kitchen, lg fireplaced fam room, office/den, open floor plan throughout the 1st floor, wood floors, master suite-gorgeous bath, marble floors, counters & shower stall, & a private gas-fireplaced sitting room. A huge deck overlooks lovely gardens. The 2nd floor has 2 lg bedrooms & bath between. Over a 3-car garage is a lg bedroom & full bath which can work as a private 2nd master or dorm room with 4 twins. We have furnished with a mixture of original art, designer furnishings & pillow-top mattresses . It is a comfortable, upscale home professionally designed in a great location

Our home is located in the village of Centerville near Osterville Center (1.5 miles) with its charming town center, & fab shops, or Hyannis (2 miles) & 1 mile from wonderful family friendly Craigville Beach (oceanside). Whether you enjoy upscale shops, antiquing along 6A or mall shopping, we have it! Biking and walking is safe and easy. We are only blocks away from the famous Four Seas Ice Cream, the library, penny-candy store & playground. We don't get the traffic of Falmouth or Chatham and we are easier to get to from Boston or Providence. The house on 1.3+ acres is located on a private cul-de-sac, (100' driveway behind a white picket fence) & cranberry bogs at the rear. We aren't far from Bayside either with its calm beaches and charming antique homes. Centerville really is in the center of the Cape, a convenient location. Summer theater, movies, golfing, tennis & restaurants are close by. There are so many activities for adults & kids that it is impossible to name them all!

House is air-conditioned and new, so the environment is low on allergens. We request that smokers only smoke outside the house. This is a great multi-age family house or is suitable to several couples or two couples with children.

Explanation of current photographs: A fall getaway would be wonderful in our comfy home. Invite family and friends for Thanksgiving or other weekend. Imagine the smell of turkey in the oven! Cozy, warm, with two fireplaces! Extensive landscaping and fencing was added recently. The house is very private & overlooks cranberry bogs. We have just added a 52'' flat-screened TV above the fireplace in the family room & a BluRay player! Another flat screen TV is in a cabinet in the master bedroom. TV's in other bedrooms and media as well in the bedroom above the garage. We also have re-upholstered & added comfortable seating to the family room & bedrooms, & our dining room has an antique French farm table which can seat up to 9, (next to kitchen table seating 6 more!), an antique Welsh Dresser, had custom cushions made for the chairs, & added a custom designer area carpet. Warm down fill comforters in duvets are waiting for you in the bedrooms! We keep making what is great, even better! Come and enjoy this lovely home.!

Decorating completed!: We have completed the decorating of the entire home with custom high end furnishings, custom draperies, fresh paint colors, accessories and potted plants and flowers. We are always improving what is already a beautiful and functional home. It looks like a designer show house!

Luxury on the Cape! HIGHLY recommended home....

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation house -- it was truly like living in our dream home for a week! This sprawling house had such terrific New England personality, elegant decor, comfortable bedding, and fabulous overall accommodations for our large extended family with young children.

It was as if we were guests at an old friend's home....the owner was a gracious hostess, even in her absence -- leaving fresh cut flowers, home grown herbs, area recommendations and little notes for our arrival. She was absolutely excellent with communication with us prior, during & after the trip -- and we were pleased to find the house immaculate & exactly how it was described.

We loved the location -- a perfect jumping-off point to explore the rest of the Cape, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard -- or to just simply stay in the charming little town of Centerville. Craigville Beach was nearby and was a favorite spot for our family due to the calm, warmer waters.

We highly recommend this property a million times over!
