It is 100 yards from the ocean, nestled on a private lane on the edge of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, with a short stroll to the Moody Beach Access and a quick bike ride to Wells Beach. This professionally decorated home has a private Master Suite and 4 other spacious bedrooms, 4 full baths, 3 decks with electronic awnings, gourmet kitchen, seating for 12 in dining area, living room with three-sided gas fireplace, large screen HDTV, 28-foot cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, family room with HDTV and PlayStation 3, Day Room with professional Air Hockey and Foosball tables.

  • Each bed is outfitted with plush Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and box springs. The Admiral's Quarters (Master Suite) on the fourth level has panoramic views of the Wild Life Refuge and the Ocean. The Suite provides a king bed, swivel rockers, built-in coffee pot, Air-Conditioning, Private Bath with rain shower and Sauna for Two, a huge walk-in closet, wall safe, and its own deck with electronic awning. The other four bedrooms have double closets. The Master Chief's Quarters (second level bedroom with queen bed) has sliders to one of the furnished decks overlooking the Marshes and the Ocean (100 yards away). The first level Crew's Quarters contains two sets of upscale bunkbeds and a full-size captain's bed. Sounds of the ocean can be heard from all bedrooms which are each equipped with clock radios and ceiling fans. Free domestic long-distance calls can be made from any of the four telephones. Binoculars are placed in the bedrooms to observe the splendid views and wildlife.

The Admiral's Place has a garage plus parking for four additional cars in the hand-laid stone driveway.

GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY VACATION!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversay over Christmas week 2007. We've never been to the beach in the winter and it was fantastic. Nature provided us with a fresh blanket of snow and we made a game out of who would see the deer first each day. We took walks along the beach and enjoyed watching the surf crash up on the rocks. The house accomodated our entire family in the lap of luxury. There was nothing left to desire in this well equipped home. The bedrooms and baths were the quality of a high end hotel and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would have at home. The interior and exterior were also tastefully decorate for the holiday season. The house was large enough so that we could spread out and enjoy different activities or sneak away for some quiet time. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and business colleagues with no reservations. The house is a great place for family vacation and reunions with old friends.
