The downstairs family room offers a 48 inch big screen TV with a Playstation 2, which also plays DVDs and a VCR. The house has a built in sound system for music which includes the master bedroom, both family rooms, the living room, dining room, and the back deck. The sound can be controlled in each room.
The back of the house offers a large top deck with access from the kitchen, family room and Master Bedroom, as well as a covered patio with two swings that access from downstairs family room and stairs from upper deck. The stainless steel BBQ is on the top deck. The hot tub is on the split level of the deck for privacy.
The hot tub can easily be accessed from downstairs, master bedroom and upper family room. The best thing about this house is that we put in an air conditioner and furnace with zone control. This means the down stairs won't be too cold while the upstairs is hot. Set the temperature for each floor, every one is comfortable!
Play Area:
The garage is finished and has foosball, ping pong table, air hockey, microwave, fridge, couch and chairs. A GREAT space for kids. There are also three adult bikes, 1 tantum bike, 2 toddler bikes, one with training wheels, one bike trailer (fits 2 toddlers) and a stroller.
There are plenty of books, board games, puzzles, Playstation 2 games, tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, and DVD's for your enjoyment. Also a Graco highchair and a booster seat are there for your use.
We believe that if we maintain our house and offer nice amenities that we will build a loyal and satisfied tenant base. We visit our home through out the year to insure the upkeep and maintain a comfortable and enjoyable vacation home for families.
