Tastefully decorated 1250 sq ft, 2BR/2BTH 1st floor lake view villa in the prestigious Kingston Plantation Oceanfront resort. Villa's many amenities include: central a/c, free DSL Internet access, full size washer & dryer, 3 TVs, DR/LR with queen size sofa bed, DVD, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a spacious deck overlooking a lovely lake. The master BR (with beautiful lake view) has 1 queen bed, private full bath & access to the deck. The 2nd BR has 2 double beds with a full bath and small outdoor patio. All beds have new mattresses. Linens & bath towels incl. The resort's amenities (all within a 5 minute walk from the villa) include; a lovely ocean beach, oceanfront restaurants and lounges, 12 swimming pools, numerous hot tubs, and a 50,000 SQ FT Sport & Health Club w/ state of the art fitness equip., racquetball courts, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, aerobic classes, massage & 9 lighted tennis courts. Use of Health Club requires an additional fee.

I am surprised that there are no reviews of this property. My family and I were well pleased with our stay! We had a very relaxing stay at this villa. Everything that is stated in the discription is true! This villa was clean and well maintained. Popular attractions, activities, and shopping are just minutes or a short drive away. To get to the beach was no problem. You could drive to it in two minutes or walk to it in just five minutes. If you like to golf (I am not a golfer), there is a very popular one located directly accross the street from this resort. The owner was very pleasant to deal with as well as being prompt in returning our security deposit. When I plan a return trip to Myrtle Beach, this will be the first property that I check for avaiability and make reservations for.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
