This stunning & affordable newly renovated home has air conditioning in the main living area. It features brand new furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steels appliances. This house has plenty of space for everyone. A great retreat for just a couple or bring the whole family. It is a kid friendly home & also available if needed bed rails & booster seat. Step outside through the classic French doors to a balcony that wraps around the house & have your morning coffee at the table on the balcony. Just kick back & relax. We are just 55 min. away from San Juan airport in the middle of it all away from the crazy city life. Just 2 min. away by car check out the Arecibo light house & beach with clear blue water. It is very shallow perfect for the little ones. About 10-15 min. away you can check out the Arecibo Observatory, & just another 5 min. from there you can explore the mysterious Camuy Caves or the cavernas for go-karting in a small park

While You stay check out the Arecibo Light house & Beach, Cavernas or Camuy Caves (closed when it rains). Or if you like horse back riding take a ride about 15-20 min. to Isabela & enjoy horse back riding trails on the beach. For Shopping take a walk to town or the 'pueblo' & buy affordable souvenirs. For other, shopping malls try plaza Atlantico on highway # 2 about 10 min. down the road or Barceloneta Prime Outlets. For dining & snacking stop at any food truck or pincho stand along the way I know but they are delicious from sandwiches to fried treats. For casual diner like but tasty Puerto Rican cuisine check out 'El Buen Cafe' translates to 'The Good Coffee' & good strong coffee it is. For Sweet treats stop at any Panaderia or bakery. Also right by the Arecibo Light house about 5 min. in the opposite direction try Salitre Restaurant it is delicious & has a pretty ocean view.

The house is excellent,is well located and has everything you need.Being just 2 minutes from the beach is a bonus,plus with the excellent local food around,it made our trip very pleasurable

Me and my family(8) spend our vacation at this house,we love it .we felt right at home, very clean ,large rooms,great kitchen,safe and quiet neiborghood.
they have eveything you needed,soap ,hairspray,toothpaste etc.
Thanks for a wonderfull stay

Wow,What an Amazing Experience...

Our stay at this beautiful home was very satisfactory. As a matter fact, the "feeling at home" that we felt while being there was what made our trip so worth while. The house was fashionably trendy, super clean, fully upgraded, very private, well maintained, plenty of linen and kitchen tools. The bedrooms were fascinating and we felt as if we were staying at an exclusive penthouse. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable stay at a vacation home on the island. The Customer Service we received from the owners was exclusively pleasant.
