This modern contemporary home situated in a peaceful neighborhood has many features not usually associated with rental homes. Fully enclosed, south facing 30x15 pool on oversized lanai. Large family room, second cozy lounge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, separate dining room, master queen size bedroom with en-suite, second queen sized bedroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds. Crib & high chair available. Fully air conditioned. Flat screen TV, DVD and upgraded cable package with internet. TVs in all bedrooms. All linens, towels, pool towels, crockery & cutlery provided. Pool chairs, Gas grill, pool toys. 2 car garage. Our guests want for nothing.
