Oceanside deck with amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean, south side deck with gorgeous ocean views. 2 Screened-in porches! Three blocks to bay. Great place for a FAMILY REUNION! The perfect beach house to SHARE with another family! Two full kitchens and two living rooms. Two bedrooms & two full baths upstairs (second floor.) Three bedrooms and one and a half baths downstairs (first floor.) Living room on first floor has pocket door-can be used as a 6th bedroom! Own private living quarters, but still together in same home! Walk to General Store, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, volleyball court, bay beach for the little ones, baseball diamond, ice cream shop and burger stand! On Ocean Blvd.-Great road for walking, jogging and biking! 18 Miles of beautiful, white, sandy beach! Find beautiful shells or catch the big one surf fishing.
