Top floor overlooking ocean. Top of the line everything. King size bed in master with its own private deck. There is also a queen size bed and full size bed in living room and alcove. Granite and marble bath with glass vessel sink. Kitchen with everything you can imagine right down to filtered water, granite counters stainless appliances.Flat screen TV with high speed Internet. Laundry room with washer/dryer . Wonderful views from the deck off of the den - you can see all the way to Masonboro Island. Windows everywhere. Top of the line linens, brand new pool overlooking the marsh Walking distance to everything, restaurants, fishing pier, night life. Private parking, and a place to park your boat if you need it. Free movies by the lake every Sunday night, Free fireworks and entertainment every Thursday at the Boardwalk - New this year rides for the kids.

Beautiful new aquarium located at Fort Fisher, with car ferry to Southport only 5 miles. Just steps from where you can drive on the beach and even camp out if you like. Maritime Forest located at State Park, along with walking trails to view our unique Venus Flytraps and Pitcher plants growing naturally. Charter fishing boats, 2 fishing piers, lots of nice restaurants on the island, with rentals for kayaks/scooters/windsurfing/boating/skiing/surfing close by. Bait and tackle shops, unique shops with local crafts and treasures. Just minutes from Historical downtown Wilmington and the riverfront for the day trippers. You can also take a Ferry to Bald Head Island for the day. Lots of fun, sun, and relaxation.

Ocean Update: Attention all you nature lovers: The whales and porpoises are actively migrating, and they're catching black drum in the surf!!!! The swimming pool has been refinished!!!!! The view is still spectacular!!!! Happy vacationing everybody......Corey

Amusement rides coming in '09!!!: The Town of Carolina Beach City Council has voted to approve amusement rides for the boardwalk area!!! They should have some ready for this summer's season.

Other Activities: Charter fishing just down the street, pier and surf fishing across the street.

Awesome Condo and Ocean Veiw!!!

Wow!!! Is what came out of our mouths when we arrived at the condo. It was right near the end of Canal rd. and very private with an outstanding view of the ocean from the front balcony. The condo itself was beautiful and tastefully decorated. We felt as though we were in the comfort of our own home!!!! All amenities that you may need were provided including a stereo and LCD TV.
We could not have been more pleased....We will certainly come back this coming fall and make it a multi-yearly getaway...

Owner's Response: It is a real thrill to see other people enjoy what we worked hard to achieve. Jeb and I spared no expense when renovating and appointing our little piece of the beach, keeping in mind that other people should experience the same fine things.
We hope all future vacationers enjoy this condo as much as Linn did, and look forward to making repeat vacationers as happy and comfortable as possible during their stay.
