Feel totally at home upon entering your charming villa on the beach of Bucerias. Felipe, my property manager checks on you daily for your every need! He also is a fabulous concierge, with total access to any activity! He also will grocery shop for you prior to your arrival. Your bill plus a 15% gratuity is due upon arrival. Once in a lifetime experience! Great for a large family, two families with two kids or just individuals wanting to get away!!! Fully furnished-including a blender for your margaritas! Linens are changed and house cleaned once during the week. (daily cleaning available at $20/day!) You will be greeted at the complex upon your arrival! Villa has a total of eight units- two duplexes and four freestanding houses. Therefore, the villa stays relatively quiet! Views are absolutely outstanding! Shopping and eating is all walking distance! Sam's Club and Walmart is in Puerto Vallarta to stock up on food for the week and Mega Store is 5 minutes outside of Bucerias!

Villa dePlaya is a gated community consisting of 8 units, about 8 blocks of barter shopping. Casa Tina is located, at the pool. 10 more feet and you're on the beach! Your air conditioned villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Your villa consists of 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. A bedroom with a full bed is located on the main floor, with a private door to the pool/beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, safe and it's own private bathroom with a tub/shower. The 'loft' room has 2 bunk beds and one full bed. Upstairs bedrooms have an adjoining, outstanding balcony with beautiful table and chairs. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Tina this past Christmas. The house accomodated 6 adults and 1 6 month old infant beautifully. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were wonderful to have and the immediate access to the beach, the pool and the nearby eateries made this a truly wonderful holiday. In fact, we have just rebooked for another week in 2008.

Dear Tina, We had a wonderful time at Casa Tina, the house was perfect for my husband and I along with our daughter and her 2 boys (ages 6 and 4) Everything was clean very well kept and decorated beautifully. Our grandchildren had such a great time in the pool and ocean and we all felt very safe and secure.

Filipe the property manager was excellant, he took very good care of us he checked on us twice and Teresa cleaned on Wednesday.

We left some non perishables behind for the next guests .

We would love to come back.

Thank you Tina for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.I am an early riser and sat on the gorgeous 2nd storey balcony with my coffee and watched the sun come up. Around 8 a.m. the whales and dolphins would start a magnificent show out in the bay.The casa was spacious and comfortable,in the most perfect spot. 4 steps from the patio and you were in the pool, 10 more steps and you were at the ocean. This was a dream vacation and the property manager Felipe was excellent. What a nice young man. We made friends with the people in casa Nina and Doug in casa Madrona what wonderful company for 3 weeks.Jimmy the vendor that sits on the beach in front of the property was so amusing and came to use our binoculars every morning to see the view(ladies)on the beach. What a hoot!!The last week we were there a total of 13 friends and family in 3 different homes came together for the best vacation we have ever had.Thankyou and hasta la vista! casa Tina.

Dear Tina -

WOW!! What a wonderful time we had at "Casa Tina" !!

Your home is beautiful, so close to the beach and pool, absolutly great!

Indira is wonderful as well.. although we didn't need much of anything, she stopped by daily to see if all was well.. it was, how could it not be?

The maid only came in once.. on Tuesday, so we didn't need her back in on Thursday. We kept your home clean and tidy, even stripped the beds the day we left and put linens on the washing machine.

There was a nearly full bottle of Kahula in the cupboard, we availed ourselves to it with our coffee in the mornings. A new bottle was purchased as a replacement for the next guests.

I am not sure what our plans will be next year, but if the decision is made to return to Mexico, we will be booking with you!!!

Thanks for everything!! We are sorry to have left, but it was good to get back home to our pets and.. NO SNOW!!

We just came back from staying at Tina's condo, it was the best trip we have had. Everything was AWESOME and would go back, hopefully soon. We had another couple stay with us and they also loved it. Meet some very nice people that stayed behind our house, and are keeping in touch with them. So we had a great trip and meet some new friends in the process. Thanks so much Tina for all your help!!!!
