This is a beautiful renovated house of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms located in Cheviot Hills, at the corner of Motor Ave, the main street of the Beverly Hills Country Club entrance. Only 4 houses separate this house from the Club. The House has been extensively remodeled (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new landscaping etc.) and has been newly furnished (top line appliances, plasma TVs., etc.). To make your stay a dream, with this house is incorporated during the stay, as regular members , a free daily access to the facilities of the Beverly Hills Country Club (that includes a heated junior Olympic Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym, many free group exercise with an instructor, etc.). The Club has also 10 Tennis Courts, a dining room, Lounge, Snack bar, etc.
