All bedrooms have their OWN colour 20' televisions & OWN Cable with 500+ channels. The villa has it’s own private, heated swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi. It also has and a double garage, converted to a games room. It boasts all the most up to date ideas in modern living, for example, A massive 60' TV & Cable with 500+ channels, WIFI Broadband Internet access & Desktop PC, PS3 with games, a lake view from the pool area, so not overlooked from behind. This is the very best home I have ever stayed in whilst visiting the Orlando area. The proximity to the parks, Kissimmee and other amenities were great. The outlook from the pool area was magnificent; every day new wildlife visited the lake at the rear of the property. To be able to wake up and view this outlook every day will stay in my mind for ever, simply stunning.... and so quiet. The facilities were just as described. We paid a little more for this villa rental than other properties, but it was worth every penny and more. The owners were very very helpful throughout the booking and rental process. We would have no worries about recommending this villa to all our friends and will book again in the near future.

We have recently stayed two weeks at Ashleigh's Den and we can only say our holiday was great! The villa was as luxurious as seen on the web site. Martin and Lorraine answered all our questions in a timely manner and were kind to deal with. We have and will continue to recommend this villa to our friends and family. lovely, spacious, well equipped house. Good location, close to the I4 which made it easy to get about. We loved the pool, although it was unexpectedly warm during our stay and we had to turn the heating down, we called the agency who also helped us work out the satellite. We'd never seen a 50inch telly and it was like being at the cinema. Our 5 year old loved the activities in the games room and playing on the play station (first exposure). All in all a great holiday. Thank you.

Very VERY nice house. Can only be recommended to all that wish to stay in FL. When we arrieved at the house it was very clean and everything was nice. We wanted to add pool heating during our stay and it didnt take Martin (the owner) very long to turn it on. Communication with the owner was extremely good and his actions were fast.

Thank you for letting us stay at your Disney villa.
