Interiors are simple and traditional, but the property has been furnished with comfort in mind. Accommodation consists of living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and four bedrooms; with two of the bedrooms benefiting from ensuite facilities. With four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, the property is able to accommodate groups of six, and central heating has been installed to provide evening warmth during the cooler winter months.

With long, empty beaches and clear blue sea, Mojacar Playa is a low-rise beach resort that enjoys a decidedly low-key feel. Early planning laws have resulted in considered development with individual properties that blend into the surrounding landscape. Just inland from Mojacar Playa lies the original Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar, with its narrow streets and pleasant squares. Both Mojacar and Mojacar Playa have a number of restaurants for you to enjoy, and the nearby fishing village of Garrucha further enhances this selection with a number of excellent restaurants utilising the best fish and seafood that is caught in the region every day.
