Country setting within Hot Springs city limits on Stokes Cove provides an ideal location to plan your vacation in the Spa City. January through April provides horse racing leading up to the Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn, and May through October is the time to discover all the great restaurants on Lake Hamilton by boat. Put your boat in at our private launch, or rent a boat or jet ski in the area. A private covered boat slip is available for $10 per day. We feed the fish late in the afternoons, but you are welcome to try and catch a few if you would like. Cast your fishing line from the available bench, or from your covered front porch. Bass, catfish, and bream/perch are common in our part of the lake. Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking.

Relaxing and beautiful

I wanted a place that I could relax and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. This place was just what the doctor ordered. It was just like it is listed and is kept very tidy and clean. The on site property owners were very friendly and made me feel that for the week I was family. I would very much like to recommend this cottage for those enjoying time by themselves or with a love one. You can sit and just watch the boats go by or take part in the daily turtle feeding. If you need to know where to go in the area, the Langstons do provide great information and suggestions on how to enjoy your time in Hot Springs even more. I really enjoyed going to the older sections of town and taking part in the National Park Hot Springs Bath Houses. After a day walking and enjoying the sites, it was wonderful coming back to the cottage on the lake, kicking my shoes off and watching the sunset.

Peaceful, relaxing get-a-away

My husband and I were looking for a lake-front property not far from home and we found it at Terry and Laura's cottage. The cottage sits right at water's edge and is perfect for two people. A boat dock is available for docking your boat or for just fishing.
So-o-o clean! And Terry and Laura are very respectful of your privacy. Rarely saw them, but they are availabe if needed. A great relaxing week on the lake!
