Just steps to the beach, this pristine, renovated cottage offers the ideal setting for families or small groups. Uniquely situated between the ocean and marsh, both ideal for swimming and beach activities, this cottage includes access to a common grassy area, sandy marsh field for games, or relax in your own grass yard with picnic table and grill. The unique floor plan offers 1full bedroom and 3 over sized bunk beds built into the wall - a huge hit with kids and/or friends! The cottage can also sleep 2 more comfortably with the sleeper sofa. Completely renovated in 2006, this gem of a vacation rental includes: outdoor shower, washer/dryer, BBQ/electric grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, high-speed internet, DVD player, iron and more. Sorry, no pets - no smoking.

Great Place for a quiet retreat

This was a nice little place to stay. The area was quiet without being too out of the way. Despite a few minor "bumps in the road" I had a very plesent stay and would return if i were to come back to the area.
The seperate living room was a nice touch as a place to just sit and read.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Cozy Cottage

This cottage is very clean and nicely updated.. It is in a small association with a nice grassy common area, which is in the middle of the cottages, so kids can play and you can keep an eye on them!.. It also has a big outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, great after the beach!!. The beach is only steps away, although it does have alot of small rocks, so I needed to wear my flip flops into the water.. You can also have a campfire on the beach at night, which looks so pretty as you walk the beach.. Mal the friendly Ice Cream man comes everyday around 5:00 to keep the kids happy until dinner is ready.. The only thing I would change is the small charcoal grill that comes with the cottage.. It really isn't big enough if you're trying to feed alot of people.. I definitely recommend this cottage to small family's, or for a cozy get away!!..

Family vacation 2008

We found this rental property to be the best one since renting 3 others on East Sandwich Beach. Upon arrival we found a clean and inviting cottage. It was also much larger than the photos let on. The bathroom with the extra large shower was great and the outdoor shower was a bonus. The bed in the only private bedroom was so comfy I checked the mattress for the name brand! The triple bunk bed was a hit with the kids. Be sure to visit the boardwalk at high tide to jump off the bridge. At low tide, the kids loved playing in the mud at the end of the boardwalk along the marsh. I would gladly recommend this vacation rental. The owners were readily available when needed and very quick to return the security deposit (less than a week after our stay!!). Hope to return again in 2009.
