Our villa is in the epicenter of the Central Florida Experience; just 5-10 minutes to Disney, world class shopping, and dozens of golf courses. Our villa includes upgraded landscaping, stucco finish with recessed windows, tile roofs, fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, verticals, spacious pool and Jacuzzi with paver deck area, pool screen enclosure, upgraded furniture package and many more custom features. Community amenities include: gated with 24 hour security, clubhouse, kids park, and sports lounge. High Grove is a true resort style neighborhood.

Our family could not have made a better choice. The house was absolutely immaculate as were the surrounding grounds. Upon arrival we noticed the pool was quite cool and contacted Shane who immediately dispatched a represenative within a half hour (who may I add was very proffesional and kind)! Problem solved. I especially liked the gated entrance accessable only by code, very safe. The best thing is the fact that the houses are accessable by code, so your not at the mercy of someone in an office for keys to the home. The development has a clubhouse with games, internet and a pool, but with such a complete home, we had no use for it. The only knock on the development at this time, is all the construction going on makes getting in and out of the neighbourhood a bit tricky but I am sure it will be a lot better once all the work is complete.
Thanks Shane and Heather for all your professionalism and would not hesitate to rent with or reccomend you in the future.

Best move ever!

Renting this property was the best move we could have made. The home is beautiful and the area is the best. The home had everything we needed for the 8 nights we were there. The pool at the club house was great for some late afternoon sun. All the shopping you would ever want to do is within a few minutes. All the parks are within a max of 25 minutes, with Animal Kingdom only a short 10 minute drive away. If your looking at this property, stop and rent it now!

Great house. Very convenient to I4, Disney, SeaWorld grocery stores and restaurants. Having the pool was a bonus. Coming home from a long day at WDW and being able to go for a swim was very relaxing for all.

Our stay in your rental house couldn't have been better! Having our own pool, hot tub and pool table gave my 3 teenagers lots to do. The clean and well-supplied kitchen let us save money by eating some meals and snacks in. The washer and dryer meant less clothing to pack, and laundry to do when we got home. The three bedrooms gave us lots of room to spread out. We loved our time in Florida, and hope to rent from you again in the future!
