Bear Trap Dunes offers an unparalleled variety for the vacationer--the beach, golf, tennis, swimming and more. Bear Trap Dunes is sure to satisfy the vacation desires of each member of your party. Newly Redecorated for 2008 with tropical colors and new carpet! This lovely, non-smoking, two bedroom/loft golf villa is located adjacent to the 27 hole championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes with a view from the screened porch and deck. The golf villa is fully equipped. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. There are two twin beds both in the second bedroom and in the loft (plus a crib). The balance of the condominium features an expansive living area with a sofa bed and fireplace, a full kitchen and a large dining area. There is plenty of free parking and the free summer beach shuttle stops right outside the front door. PayPal Accepted!

Resort Amenities: Bear Trap Dunes has a 27 hole championship golf course onsite. Rates vary by season, The clubhouse includes an upscale restaurant and pro shop which are open to the public. The nearly Pavillion houses both an indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, five clay tennis courts, sauna and hot tub and a fitness center. Access to the Pavilion is available to renters on a weekly basis and must be arranged through the Bear Trap Dunes HOA. Access to the Pavilion is NOT included with this rental. Within Bear Trap Dunes, there is plenty of space for biking, walking and jogging. A tot lot is located nearby. A convenience store is located on the property, near the clubhouse.

Nearby Amenities: Bear Trap Dunes is located approximately two miles from Bethany Beach, DE. In addition to the beach, there is dining and shopping galore. A beach shuttle is provided on summer days. Rehoboth Beach is located approximately 10 miles to the north; Ocean City, MD is about 5 miles to the south. Both have a variety of typical beach resort type activities, such as miniature golf and arcades, plus dining and shopping.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very spacious and bright and the beds are very comfortable!!! It has been remodeled - and we just love the new bright look! Thanks!!!
