The first floor has a living room, dining room, half bath and sun room with full sleeper sofa and closet. Upstairs there are 2 sunny bedrooms and a lovely full bath. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and seasonal peeks of the Cape Cod Canal while relaxing on the large upper deck that overlooks a lower mahogany deck and spacious yard or sit on the front porch for a different view. Stroll to the Cape Cod Canal and get seafood right off the boat, or walk to Horizon's Beach, Town Neck Beach, Sandwich Boardwalk, and Village.
