The Kissimmee luxury villa rental is located within the peaceful, 71-villa, Seasons Community. The villa rental is comprised of five bedrooms (two masters with en-suite baths and three bedrooms), a sizable family room comfortably seating 10, a dining room seating six, and a breakfast area in the kitchen for four. The game room contains a pool table, air hockey, table football, bar stools, and settee. Outside, there is a 30-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, deck with tables, and chairs. The villa rental is only 10 minutes away from the famous theme parks of Disney World, close to malls and shopping outlets, restaurants, miniature golf, a children’s petting farm, Gator Land, and much more. Wal-mart is two minutes away by car from this Kissimmee villa rental while Florida countryside unravels in the opposite direction.

Yet you are only a mere just 10 minutes to Disney World with easy access to Sea World 15 minutes and Universal Studios 20 minutes. There are many Championship Golf Courses located a short drive away. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. The famous theme parks of Disney: Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom along with their water parks and down town shopping are a must. Try Sea View to see Shamu the Killer Whale and dolphin shows - try the underwater walk to see the sharks. Then there is Universal Studios, Gator land, Bush Gardens, Shopping Malls, museums and visit Church Street station in old town Orland

I stayed at the home the week of September 14 thru September 21. A total of 8 people (1 four year old child included) stayed at the home to celebrate my son's Disney wedding. All of us were so verrrrrrrrrrrry happy with this home. In pictures we could see it was a beautiful home but were we amazed to see how beautiful the home really is once we were there. Peter, thanks for making it so affordable and easy. Whenever down in the Orlando area again, I will make sure to stay at this home again! May God bless you.

Peter & Family,
Just wanted to tell you and your family that our family absolutely love your villa! What a gorgeous home! It is everything that we had hoped for and so much more. Our two children, Kayla 9 and Trevor 6 are swimming in the pool as I am typing this along with my husband Sean, my Mom Celine and my in-laws Bob & Dorothy. We are all so impressed and the area is so inviting and comforting! Thank you for helping us make this dream come true. This will be the best two weeks of our lives!

My Dream Vacation.....

My Vacation was truly a "Dream Vacation" from the start. The owner of the property couldn't have been nicer to us, providing us with directions and making payments we could afford. And we all know how scarey it is to look at something on the internet, pictures and all and think is this really what this house looks like. Well it was absolutely exactly like it looks on the virtual tour you take on the internet. It was so great we are booked clean up to the year 2010. The House was very well maintained it was clean and spacious. I have recommened this house to many of my friends and I recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Florida and Disney because you are so close to everything. Infact my friends are kidding me saying when are we ever gonna get a chance to rent this house if you keep going. I laugh and say there are 51 other weeks I am not there go online and see if Peter has and available date for you.

It's close to shopping 5 minutes door to door from Wal-mart. And such an easy drive to and from the airport and all of the attractions. I have even had very good experience with the neighbors in the houses next to this property. I truly can not rave enough about how wonderful this house and property are.

There are also so many wonderful restaurants that we ate at such as CC's Pizza Buffet and who wouldn't love in the morning that you are so close to Star Bucks Coffee and Crispy Creme Donuts.

While we vacationed there we visited Adventure Island and Universal Studies, GatorLand and even went on Boogy Creek Airboat Ride. Everything was so easy to find and we just had a wonderful time.

As a matter of fact my 2009 vacation is coming up and I truly can not wait to get to get to Seasons Villa. Trust me It's worth it!!!!

We thoroughly enjoy this house. We visit Floriday twice a year- and have done for many years and this house is not only well priced, but is very well appointed with facilities.
There are only the three of us that visit, but there is plenty of room for as many guests as it can accomodate
The pool and the heating is excellent, and the house and pool is well maintained and clean.
The location is on a quiet small estate with all the amenieties and leisure facilities close by.
Love it.

This villa that we rented is absolutely fabulous! CLEAN, spacious and easy to get to.Disney. The swimming pool helped us relax after spending all day at the parks. Plenty of room for everyone. Location is great with several supermarkets nearby as well as every restaurant you can think of!
