Hello, All of us would like to say Thank you veryy much for letting us stay here. Condo is amazing, just like the pictures, also had many amenities. We did not have one single problem. Location is great, beach across the street, walking distance to parties, and restaurants. We will recommend your place for sure. I have been meaning to write a review for a while now but I've been constantly forgetting...

Me and some friends stayed at the property in January and it was AMAZING! It's even better then the pictures, the staff is amazingly helpful, and Tom is great also! The condo is literally in the center of numerous restaurants, a great nightlife, and right across from the beach!! I highly recommend this condo to any one who wants to have a wonderful time on South Beach!

Happy We Found This Condo

We had 4 adults share the condo, and everyone was very happy with it.

It was a great location...across from the beach on Ocean Drive close to the action but at the same time on the more quieter end so we could actually sleep when we wanted.

The facilities were great. Full kitchen (there are a couple of small markets within walking distance), washer/dryer, toiletries, towels, pillows/blankets, TV...pretty much anything you could think of. The stove top was a little tricky and took us a while to figure out. Basically, you need to hold down the main power button (which is located on the actual stove top) for several seconds until red appears.

Parking does cost in the area (several lots to choose from), but we decided not to get a car and took taxis (which are easy to come by) or walked around with no problems.

As I said earlier, everyone was very pleased, and if we come back to Miami, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The location was awesome! The condo was beautiful and the owner was really nice.The only complaints that we had were that the floors were not clean and we expected them to be seeing that we're required to pay a cleaning fee. Also, there were not enough towels and face cloths for four people. We would have gladly brought our own had we known. Also the water temperature in one of the bathrooms was luke warm our entire stay. We enjoyed our stay mostly because of the location to shopping, restaurants, and the beach but probably would not stay at this property again.

Great South Beach Location

We found this rental on craigslist and it really worked out well for us. The unit is large and comes with just about everything you need. The location can't be beat for singles/young couples. Right on Ocean Drive at 12th st. There is no parking but we were able to make a deal for a week of parking just around corner. The unit does need some basic necessities to make it great and the rental agent - who was extremely freindly and helpful - welcomed those observations.
