Relax in 2586 sq ft Air Conditioned luxury at our 4 Bed 3.5 Bath villa on the prestigious resort of Somerset, in the Remington Golf Community that has been professionally furnished to the highest of standards including an LCD flat screen HDTV with Digital Cable channels, and DVD surround system. We also offer free local and long distance phone calls, and newly installed Wireless High Speed Internet.The villa has 2 Superb master suites (Both en-suite) which have 20' TV's, and DVD players and 2 further twin bedrooms one with Cable TV and the other with a PlayStation 2 Games Console. There is a fully fitted Kitchen, c/w Washing and Drying Room And we have a Games Room with 8ft Pool table & Air hockey, games and seating. Southwest facing screened pool complete with patio furniture. Entertain in the evening by our Illuminated pool. Close to the 192Highway, Osceola Parkway and The Florida Turnpike it makes for easy access to all the Major Theme Parks as well as the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

My husband and I rented this lovely home for 2 months during our Kentucky winter. We had great weather.The pool gets the sun all day and the deck furniture is very comfortable for catching the sun or reading a book.
Our 2 grandsons enjoyed having their own room at Grandma's house and the pool table was also a big hit.
I enjoyed the huge kitchen and the open floor plan with the kitchen open to the family room.
We've made plans already for this coming winter.
Best of all, the owners, Laurie and Linda Howells, have been very helpful and kind to work with.
