Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean & the magnificent sailboats sailing by in full view. This is a lovely renovated condo in a stately old family home built in 1820 on Southport Island, a 10 minute drive to Boothbay Harbor. Upon entering you have beautiful view across the whole living room, kitchen & dining areas. You can walk down to the little sandy beach & lounge or climb the point of rocks, or fish off the pier. We rent safe ocean kayaks so you can explore a little. You may purchase fresh lobster from us daily. Boothbay Harbor has restaurants, museums, shops, boat rides & gorgeous views!

Also, down the hallway is an adorable bedroom with 2 twin beds looking back out to lovely potted plants overflowing with summer flowers. This room has a Maine cottage look to it. Very comfortable twins.

Notes: This is a gorgeous apartment that you have to walk up a set of stairs to get to. This has sweeping views of the ocean all across the living & dining area. There are 2 sofas & a rocking chair, & a lovely dining area with a large table. There's a large very workable kitchen with ocean view, as well. Parking is right at the back door & stairway. Adults & children 13 yrs. of age & older are welcome. One of the comments we hear quite often is, 'This is liking walking into heaven'.
