Bring your kayak or canoe and relax in our sparkling, contemporary retreat on 7.5 acre Schoolhouse Pond. The house is ideal for relaxation and renewal. Unwind on the 50-foot-long deck overlooking the pond. Enjoy our dramatic night-time landscape lighting. Watch the kids as they fish from our private dock or boat on the pond (boats not provided). Relax in the sunny great room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, skylights, home theater. Central AC. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill. Wireless Internet; cable TV with full package. Outdoor shower. 3 bedrooms: Master (queen); 2nd (double); 3rd (2 twins/queen); futon in great room. Easy walk to town. Brewster is an old New England village with wonderful galleries, restaurants, a huge state park with multiple ponds; miles of hiking trails and the renowned Cape Cod Rail Trail, the paved pike trail that extends for more than 20 miles through Cape towns and shore. The stay at this Brewster home was fantastic. The place itself was great. Clean, roomy and very relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable and the deck was a lot of fun. Waking up to a view of the pond every morning was a major plus. The house is also close to everything you really need. From the basics to a great lobster/seafood store – not to mention several restaurants within a mile or so. Definitely look forward to another stay there.

This home is spacioius, artfullly decorated, well situated (both in terms of the setting on the lake and in ternms of accessibility to points of interest). Our family of 7 (from 6 months to 65 years) all enjoyed spending time on the large deck that overlooks the pond. We also took advantage of the excellent cable TV connection and service. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and on the large outdoor grill and then eating either outside or inside at a spacious table. The property owner was most accomodating to our needs and answered our myriad questions graciously and informativevly through numerous e-mails before our arrival. We highly recommend this property!
