This is a wonderful location, just three houses from the most beautiful beach in the world. The home offers complete privacy. Just remodeled with comfort in mind. Home includes a gourmet kitchen, stocked with all appliances, large and small--you just bring your food. We provide all linens, beach towels, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryers. The home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The living area opens onto a gorgeous courtyard, complete with BBQ grill and comfortable seating area.

Absolutely perfect!

I can't say enough about the joy our whole family felt walking thru the front gate to this beautiful open home after a long flight. This home will not disappoint. The open setting of the living room opening up to the patio made it very comfortable for all to just relax after long days of hiking and enjoying Oahu. The gated entrance to the beach just a short walk from the door gave you the feeling of a private beach every day. Each evening we ate dinner on the patio and played cards while listening to the beautiful birds and sounds of nature. Thankfully sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are available so you don't have to worry about those items. These perfect accomodations were exactly what a family of 6 needed...so perfect we plan on coming back in 2011. Be sure to book this, you will not be disappointed.

awesome vacation home!

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Rita, her husband and her wonderful home! We enjoyed being in a small, beach town with private access to the beautiful Kailua beach. Our stay saved us some money by being able to cook in the fully furnished kitchen with an outdoor gas grill, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer right there in the house. They have a beautiful private courtyard that we had several evening meals on. The only thing to take into consideration when staying in any house in Hawaii is that you will be on a tropical island at ground level which means bugs...ants and roaches. The owners took great strides to keep the bugs at bay (house is clean and tidy,) but the bugs are there, so do be prepared. The kids enjoyed having their own bath and bedroom as well as the use of the beach equipment that the owners had for our enjoyment. We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay and we can't wait to return and stay there again! Mahalo!!
