Our charming villa located in the gated resort community of Solana is only 12 minutes from Disney and close to Universal, Sea World, golf and many other attractions. We have taken great care in upgrading many areas of our home for your comfort. Our furniture has been upgraded to include large comfortable sofas and hotel quality bedding. A linen service that provides you with pressed sheets/linens upon your arrival. We have a pool table IN the home, instead of in the garage, where you can spend quality family time in a climate controlled environment. Every bedroom has TV/DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. All wet areas have upgraded tile. There are two master bedroom suites on opposite ends of the home to ensure privacy for both occupants. The enclosed heated pool & spa have been upgraded to include extra large decking with a covered lanai, so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather. The pool area includes reclining lounge chairs & Tables.

Solana resort is located in a quiet area of Davenport just a 12 minute drive to Disneyworld. The area is far enough away to provide quiet and relaxation but close enough to experience all the attractions of Central Florida with easy short drives. One nice thing is there is often little traffic going to attractions making it easier and quicker to get to places like Disney, Universal and Seaworld than some closer locations in Kissimmee and Lake Beuna. Basic shopping for groceries and supplies and restaurants are within 2 minutes of the resort.

I loved this house my family enjoyed our home away from home it was so wonderful The next time i visit Fla. I would love to stay in this home again if not that home at least in the same resort the staff was so helpful and friendly... I loved the resort the pictures is not enough you have to see it to beleive it I was very satisfied.... Thanks Amy

Beautifully Furnished Vacation Home

My Family and I stayed at this Awesome home the week of Easter. Before we could even get settled in, the Kids had the there bathing suits on, back door unlocked and were in the swimming pool. It was at that point I realized I made a wise decision to Rent a house, instead of staying at the Disney Resorts. And this house was more than just a house it was a home. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture and Lots of Space. Phil and Amy were unbelievably helpful in helping us plan our vacation. They had a great Binder full of places to go and things to do. It was Nice to be so close to the Disney Resorts we would spend the Mornings at the Parks, return for a swim, Lunch and Nap for the Kids (YEAH RIGHT!) and Return to the Parks in the Evening. My wife and I have decided when staying in the Orlando Area we have found our Vacation Home. Thank You Phil and Amy for a wonderful Vacation.
