Photos and Description of this Grand Cayman holiday Condominium - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Our luxury Condo is OCEANFRONT on 400 plus feet of Seven Mile Beach.You will enjoy watching the beautiful Caribbean water from most of the rooms and from the privacy of your screened lanai extending across the full width of the condo. Fifteen hundred square feet of space with new tropical furnishings provides the perfect vacation setting for up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, walk in closet and double sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai. The second bedroom has two queen beds along with its own bath and walk-in closet. There is a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai from the living room also. Other amenities include WiFi and Fax. Living room entertainment system includes DVD/CD VCR and library of movies, books and music. TV's in each bedroom. A full-size washer/dryer is located in the condo and daily maid service is also provided to our guests.

A perfect get-away

Of the many places we have rented in Grand Cayman, this is our favorite. The location is perfect-across the street from the best supermarket, an easy walk to many great restaurants, and Red Sail Sports just down the beach. The beach is extremely wide, and the water very calm with no rocks to navigate. The condo is beautiful, very quiet and private, with a beautiful view from the large screened porch. The amenities are great-super new mattresses, new washer and dryer, very large closets, terrific bathroom lighting, brand new completely stocked kitchen and on and on. The condo is maintained immaculately thanks to the daily maid service, and the manager is there 24 hrs a day to fix any problem that might occur. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Best Location, Great Condo

We have traveled to Cayman for 15 years and always stay at the Islands Club. The condo is beautifully furnished and has every amenity, plus you won't find a more beautiful part of 7 Mile Beach!! You can lay in the sun or under the shade trees with a book and your favorite beverage. There are many water sports available, Stingray City is a must, and this is one of the premier dive locations in the world. Parasailing, wave-runners, the Atlantis submarine, a water park and the Turtle Farm, horse-back riding and romantic sunset cruises are all available too.
You have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and many excellent restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, some of our favorites are Calypso Grill, Copper Falls Steakhouse, Deckers, Lucas and Bed. If you have a car (although it is not necessary), you can drive to Rum Point or the Lighthouse for lunch and see more of the island. The staff at the Islands Club is very friendly and helpful in arranging or suggesting things to do. This is the perfect place for couples, families, or a girls week. At the end of the day, it doesn't get any better than sitting on the screened lanai and watching that gorgeous sunset. I'm already planning my next trip and wouldn't consider staying anyplace else!!

OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

We have been a return renter for more than 10 years.
Everything we could possibly need is there for us. The owners have thought of everything. Immaculate, well-decorated, the ocean view and sunsets are spectacular.
Stores, restaurants and ocean sports are all in walking distance. A vacation that you can totally relax or keep as busy as you want. It will become your "HOME AWAY FROM HOME."

Wonderful Experience!

Everything is even better then described. This condo is 'five star' and the property is the best location on Seven Mile Beach. The owner obviously furnishes and supplies the condo as if it was their main home. We've been back year after year and there are always new surprises with furniture and decorating updates and additions like the new phone with free calls to the US and Canada. What a very comfortable place to vacation. The staff is very friendly and available to answer questions about anything on the island.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in a vacation in Grand Cayman.

Our Favorite Place In The World!

Grand Cayman/Cayman Islands is our favorite destination in the world (and we travel a lot).  Seven Mile Beach is The Place To Be in Grand Cayman.  Don't be disappointed and go elsewhere.  This Condominium is the best!  We always stay here.  It is the perfect location--you can walk over to the grocery store/deli and to great restaurants.  It is decorated impeccably--perfect in every way.  The owner is so nice to communicate with--she'll help you in any way possible.  We recommend Cayman/Seven Mile Beach/This Condo to all our friends.  We lay on the beach (where there is much-needed shade from the trees--a necessity!)  We play in the gorgeous water, float on a raft, and snorkel.  In the afternoons we drink Rum Punch that we've made and eat Meat Patties (from the grocery/deli).  We are in heaven here.  We also:  Sit on the lanai, people watch, and enjoy the view which is magnificent.  In the evenings we usually go out to eat, and favorite restaurants are: The Wharf, Pappagallo, Decker's, Lone Star Bar, Lobster Pot, Edoardo's.   Other activities that we enjoy:  Sting Ray City, Snorkeling, Drive around the island and stop at The LightHouse at Breakers, Parasail, Rent watersport equipment nearby such as Wave Runners, Go on the Atlantis Submarine, Take a cruise on a sailboat/sunset cruise, Listen to George Davidson play piano in lobby of Westin Casuarina, Go to "Hell" (one time), Shop (if you're a shopper).  We've been going here for 25 years.  It spoils you.  You will not want to go anywhere else.
