Very Upscale Waterfront Condo newly built. Step onto your private patio that is just 20 steps away from the shore of Lake Hamilton. Private boat slip and launching ramp for your convenience. Boardwalk for walking or fishing. Condo has its own swimming pool! Minutes from Downtown and Oaklawn. This is a downstairs unit with parking directly out your front door. Enjoy this 3 bedroom and 2 baths. Each room has its own cable t.v. with its own character of class. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with its own entry onto the lake. Private bath with stone rain shower and double sinks. The Queen Bedroom is decorated in Light Houses and the Full bed with hide a bed is decorated with the theme of Purses, Shoes and Hats. Bath 2 has a 36 inch whirlpool tub and shower. The Kitchen is granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a an ice-maker and microwave. Completely equipped for your use. We ask our guest to be families or 23 years of age.

Excellent accommodations. Very spacious and extremely clean. Almost brand new. Owner was very easy to work with and even had treats for us upon arrival. I highly recommend this property.

This is truly an upcale condo in a lovely setting on the lake close
enough to Hot Springs to go in to
dine or shop. The condo is very
beautifully furnished yet very com-
fortable. We enjoyed it very much

We will be back! The condo was clean and very close to the pool and the dock. It was quiet, no noise from the neighboring units. Great location on the lake, gas dock was close.

We stayed at the condo for the week of Christmas. It was such a beautiful place. Teresa made it really feel like a 'home'. We had wonderful treats waiting for us when we arrived and it was decorated for the season. Most importantly, it was CLEAN, like we were the first people to ever stay there. The bed in the master was so comfortable, we had to ask what kind it was, so we could get one for our own house. We come out to Arkansas every year to visit family and usually stay with them, but thought it would be nice to have our own space for the week. The condo is spacious enough, so we were able to have guests stay with us. We look forward to coming back again some time in the summer to enjoy the lake, which is RIGHT outside the back. Cant wait!

This was my first experience with a vacation home and it was wonderful. The owner left us treats and gave very thorough directions to and from everywhere. Her condo was like a home away from home. We were very comfortable and cozy there. Everything was in close proximity, so it did not take us long to figure out a convenient traveling route on land and by lake. We are definitely going back...and we recommend her to anyone who may be thinking about traveling to Hot Springs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
