Our fully air conditioned 4 bed deluxe villa is located on the new gated development of Mediterranean design villas at Highgrove. Our villa can accomodate upto 8 people and comes with it's own private swimming pool and spa. The villa includes two main bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, a lounge and dining area, cable TV, DVD, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, private swimming pool, sun deck with patio furniture and and outdoor Jacuzzi. Highgrove is a new gated development of Mediterranean design villas of only 165 homes and is ideally located where Highway 192 meets Highway 27 which means it is a mere 10 minutes and a 6 mile drive away from Disney. This ideal central location is half a mile from the nearest 24 hour Super Walmart and a shopping mall with a Publix,shops and restaurants is just over one minutes drive away. This ideal central location is half a mile from the nearest 24 hour Super Walmart and a shopping mall with a Publix,shops and restaurants is just over one minutes drive away. The very high quality villas feature red roof tiles and block paving patio areas by the swimming pools as well as upgraded cable TV and are complimented by the community Clubhouse with computers, large plasma TV, games, a community pool and spa and a children’s play area. Well satisfied with our first experience of renting a home, instead of our usual time-share option.This spacious property was like a home from home which made it perfect for relaxing by the pool in the evenings.
Well-maintained community estate in a quiet location but within easy reach by car of Disney / Restaurants etc.
Will recall this holiday fondly, due in large part to feeling very relaxed in this lovely home and would have no hesitation in recommending for others to enjoy.

We really enjoyed this home. The location worked out great for our family. Only a short drive to all of the parks and International Drive. The best part was knowing we could come home after a long day and hop in the spa and pool. The neighborhood was very nice and seemed very secure. We were even able to see the night Shuttle launch from the front yard. It was helpful to be able to do laundry during our stay and know that when we returned home, there wouldn't be days of laundry awaiting us.
