This luxurious, first floor condo is next to the pool and barbecue area and is steps to the elevator to under-ground parking, where a dedicated parking space is available for renter's use. Get a peek of the ocean from our lanai or full view from the pool area.
Kona Pacific is located just a half block off Alii Drive and is walking distance to Kailua Village and is a short walk to the closest beach --see pictures. Don't want to cook? Enjoy the local variety or restaurants including Outback, Rio, Huggos, Bubba Gumps, Kona Inn, and Pancho & Lefty's (a local favorite).
Take our rolling ice chest, beach mats and 8 beach towels to the beach or drive around the island for a journey you will never forget! See the active volcano-just 95 miles south of Kona and a great 'old Hawaii' leisurely drive to get there. Take and umbrella and raincoat--you will get rain as you travel throughout the island with over 11 eco-systems.
Go deep sea fishing and cook your catch in the condo.

Terms & Conditions:
A deposit of $300 is due in 10 days of reservation to hold the reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must occur 30 days prior to your arrival date to obtain a refund less $75 booking fee. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival ate, your deposit is forfeited. Monthly rates are based on 28 days (7 day increments). Rates are subject to change without notice.

Ski:
Ski Mauna Kea--where the observatory is! You can ski in the morning and surf in the afternoon! This is the wonder of this island and just a glimpse of what you can do here.
Golf:
For our golfing guests, the Big Island is considered a golfer's paradise. There are many courses to choose from and the views are a bonus!
