Enjoy a Magical holiday in the Heart of Florida from the comfort of our elegant pool home. Conveniently located in the peaceful and tranquil community of Sunridge Woods in a beautiful area of woods and lakes just 15 minutes South of Walt Disney World and one mile from Interstate 4 (exit 58) and Championsgate. Set on the edge of a lake this spacious, detached villa has five double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, a dining room plus informal dining in the huge kitchen area. There is a large enclosed swimming pool plus spa with underwater lighting. The 25' by 8' Lanai provides much needed shade and is a perfect place for sunshine breakfasts or those evenings when you may prefer to enjoy the fun of a family al-fresco meal after a hectic day at the Parks. Being just minutes from Disney, it is ideally situated to be able to take a short break from the Theme Parks, have a refreshing dip, and return invigorated for the evening entertainment.

Spent Christmas & New Year and loved the space of the place. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the view of the lake.
My sister travelled down from Canada and she was also impressed with with the layout.

We try to add something new each year and we have recently added a new digital cable service and wide screen T.V. so try and come back in the future and thanks again.

We rented this villa in October 2007 and had a fantastic time. The home is on a huge corner and best of all...the pool is not overlooked! Sunridge Woods is a great neighbourhood, very quiet and close to everything. We would highly recommend this home for your holiday

Wonderful location in a beautiful villa just refurbished by new owners. Great pool and deck area just right for relaxing after a day out.Rare to find such a tranquil spot so close to Disney and all main attractions

STAYED IN THIS VILLA IN 2000 LOVED IT GREAT POOL AND HOT TUB NOT FAR FROM ALL SHOPS AND NOTHING LIKE A MORNING SWIM WATCHING THE HOT AIR BALLONS RISE AND FLOAT OFF INTO THE DISTANCE.11 OF USE STAYED AND THEREWAS PLENTY ROOM FOR 3 FAMILIES TO CHILL OUT AFTER A HARD DAY AT THE PARKS .SUROUNDING NEIBOURGHOUD LOVELY .HOPE TO BE BACK SOON.
