NEW - wireless high speed internet access - free calls in US and Canada NEW - tile throughout living areas Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is on the development of Clear Creek, which is a quiet and beautiful residential development set amongst orange groves. Clear Creek is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World Main Gate entrance and 1 mile from the main highway 192 which runs through Kissimmee. Decorated in tropical Floridian style, the spacious living/dining room has 32 inch cable TV, DVD player, HI-FI system and ceiling fan. Offering extra seating space is the sitting room, which has cable TV, VCR and ceiling fan, and adjoins the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and telephone. The villa features three bedrooms. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool, spa and lake has a king-size bed (6 ft), walk in closet, en suite bathroom with large walk in shower.

The villa features three bedrooms. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool, spa and lake has a king-size bed (6 ft), walk in closet and ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with twin hand basins, corner bath, over sized walk in shower, toilet, and a hairdryer. The second bedroom also overlooking the pool and lake, has a queen-size bed, cable TV, closet and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a Disney theme with Tiger bedding and has a double bunk bed (double on bottom/single on top) plus a single bed. There is a closet in this room also and an alternative set of bedding for older children/young adults. Bedrooms two and three share a second bathroom. Cot and highchair are provided free of charge on request.

The laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, giving you the choice of traveling light and using these facilities. All linens and towels are provided. Patio doors lead from the living room to the large covered lanai and sun-deck, furnished with luxury padded patio furniture. Imagine a midnight swim or sitting in the jacuzzi with a Margarita or by the floodlit 30x14 foot pool after spending long days at the attractions and beaches, or shopping at one of Florida’s many malls and designer outlets. The pool and spa can be heated. (Recommended November to March). To keep your car cool there is a double garage.

At the entrance to the development there is a supermarket with deli, photo processing, and pharmacy, also a bank, post office, dentist, hairdressers, dry cleaners and pizza take-away. Wal-Mart is only 2 miles away. Our management company who can help with any queries, are on site. There is information about tickets for Disney and the attractions, maps, phone cards, etc. posted in the kitchen.

The holiday was fantastic lots if pics and beautiful memories . Was worth every penny and hopefully we will be taking you up on your hospitality yet again in the not too distant future.
Rob and Michelle were very friendly, the house brilliant, and clean and just the little touches with place settings and fancy towels really made a difference.
Thanks again for all your help, we probably wouldn’t have got there if it hadn’t been for your help.
Would recommend it to anyone, first class.

Excellent house for a great vacation!

We stayed in this wonderful home April 16-26 2009. The owners were so nice and have thought of everything to make a vacation home complete. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the house has lots of space. A binder is provided with lots of info on the house, the parks, beaches and other helpful tips. The management, Rob & Michelle, are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure your vacation is all you hoped it would be. They are close by if you have any problems or questions during your stay and their attention to detail shows in this relaxing home. The house was very well maintained and spotless. The location is great, it is a quiet, peaceful setting with a great view yet close to the parks, walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. If you go allow yourself a long enough stay to have some days to stay at the house and swim, it was a real treat after exhausting days at the parks and something the kids really looked forward to! Thanks to Sue and Phil for sharing your great home with us and to Rob and Michelle for everything! We can't wait to come back. Denise and Chris

Good Place to stay with kids

We just returned from vacation and will never stay in a hotel again. You cannot beat the room and comfort of a house on vacation. You are not cramped in a small hotel room with kids. You have your own private pool. You can eat in for breakfast before you go. I loved that there was a Walmart and grocery store just 2 minutes away. There are a few close restaurants also. Was not impressed with the KFC though. Staff were rude and very slow. It took us 1 hour to go get take out and it is only 2 minutes away. The home was cozy. I did not like that we were rationed with garbage bags and dishwasher soap. I am sure many people have bought these items and have left some. I did. I don't mind replacing these items. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked that we did not have to check in at a different building to receive the directions to the house or to get into the house. It saves a lot of time.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
