Located one lot back from Chipman Cove, this cozy house consists of a kitchen/dining area, which includes a washer/dryer and new appliances, and a large historic artist's studio on the first floor, as well as a half-bath. The studio has twin daybeds and leads out to a large backyard deck. There is lots of natural light and good ventilation. The second floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and sitting room with cathedral ceilings and fans, as well as a bath with shower. There is an outdoor enclosed shower. Internet is included. This home is located just a short drive to Wellfleet Center and about one-half mile walk to Indian Neck beach. There are wonderful ocean beaches nearby as well. The new Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theater is located at the end of the street .and; there is 175 acre nature reserve within walking distance. The excellent town library offers many activities, and Provincetown is 15 minutes away.
