Located on Lake Roosevelt, this 'Lake House' has a great view of the water and is a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house, is very comfortable, with a large kitchen for preparing meals, a game room with a foosball table and air hockey. Enjoy the sunsets on this park like setting on app. 13 acres. About 20 minutes from Fort Spokane, Two Rivers Casino, store, marina, restaurant and gas station. Bring the boat for fishing, water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, jet skiing or just sunbathe and swim from this gorgeous sandy cove. Wildlife viewing is great from the house or go straight across the lake to a beautiful waterfall and star gazing at night is a must. This is a little slice of paradise, just come enjoy and relax its a great place.
