Enjoy semi-private, non-driving beach, or private swimming pool and spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Located on the fourth floor, this corner unit condo features master suite with king size bed, cable TV, private bath with jacuzzi tub and shower, full walk in closet. Guest bedroom features two twin beds, or can also accommodate king size bed if requested, large closet and TV/VCR. Full access to second bath from guest room. Kitchen offers all necessities including dishes, pots & pans, stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer & all small appliances (coffee maker, microwave, etc.), and full size dining area. All linens are provided. In suite laundry with full size washer & dryer. Living room offers comfortable seating, Flat screen TV w/cable & DVD/VCR & remote. No smoking in unit, on balcony only. One private underground parking space provided.

Building is private with security access only. Pool and beach access is locked at all times. Grounds are beautifully maintained and private beach has breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

Perfect beach front property!

My friends and I found this to be the perfect getaway spot for our yearly beach vacation. We have stayed in many condos over the years but this one was just as advertised. The furniture was very clean and comfortable , even the beds , which is not always the case. Property was well cared for and the inside secure parking was a real plus.The beach chairs were a real plus. The property owner even called and checked to see everything was in order, this has never happened in our 23 years of renting condo. There were plenty of good non chain restaurants to have dinner . This was also a close drive to such places as Daytona Beach and even St Augutine.I am certain we will return again, and have already suggested it to a friend.

my best vacation yet

i would highly recommend this condo for many reasons, to just name a few. the location is perfect for the most beautiful sun rises you will ever see. it is close enough to amusement parks that you can go there and enjoy the day without spending all day to get there. you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach at night. take a moon lite walk on the beach with that special someone. swim in the ocean, body surf, watch the dolphins and manta rays up out of the ocean from the privacy of the balcony.which is ideally located for view only seen in magazines. shopping is also walking distance. a bus stop just down the road can get you where you want to go.and a private secure garage just adds to the whole peace of mind. this condo will be a place we visit over and over i hope. and i also hope that anyone who visits there has as great a time as i and my family had.

A Place to Relax

My family and I have stayed at this condo twice--once at Spring Break and once in mid-summer. It is so beautiful. It definitely feels "like home" in no time. It is spacious and has everything you need, including laundry. We felt safe and relaxed here. We have great memories. There are many places to visit nearby and great places within a few hours of driving. We hope to return very soon!

Beautiful vacation rental

My family spent time in this condo this past August and we absolutely loved the unit! It has everything you need to feel right at home. We have stayed in other units in the building, and this is by far one of the nicest ones we have been in. We will be back for sure!

Thanksgiving paradise

We spent Thanksgiving at this lovely condo over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrise was gorgeous each morning as we sat on the balcony. The beach was clean and quiet with just a few fishermen and other walkers. We found good restaurants nearby (thanks to the wonderful book with suggestions) and Publix is right across the street. The condo is exactly as it shows in the pictures without the wonderful ocean breeze.
